Hogtown Roofing is a family-owned and operated roofing company founded in 2024 with a simple purpose: bring better customer service back to the roofing industry. Owner Bo Copeland built the company around a people-first approach, with clear communication, straightforward expectations, and respect for the homeowners who trust Hogtown with their roofs.
After more than 12 years in the metal roofing manufacturing world, Bo worked alongside roofers across Florida and saw how often homeowners were frustrated by poor communication and a lack of follow-through. Hogtown was created to offer a better experience: show up, communicate, explain the work clearly, and treat customers like neighbors.

Bo’s background combines roofing-industry experience with more than 12 years in metal roofing manufacturing, giving Hogtown a practical understanding of how roofing materials, details, and complete systems are designed to perform.
Today, Hogtown works on repairs, replacements, metal roofing, and new roofing projects across Gainesville and North Central Florida, with recommendations based on the condition of the roof and the needs of the property.
Bo is a licensed Florida roofing contractor, and Hogtown Roofing and Construction holds Certified Roofing Contractor license CCC1336086. He also serves on the board of the Florida Roofing and Sheet Metal Contractors Association (FRSA).
